Our Principal Consultants and Account Managers seek to understand our clients' business strategies and development capabilities, providing a cost-effective mix of People, Process, and Technology in the construction of the solutions they desire.
At iTrellis, we approach all of our engagements in a holistic manner. Rather than looking at discrete projects, we like to better understand the broader strategic vision of the company.
Our process begins during the assessment phase where we leverage well-defined and repeatable processes for building group consensus on the most highly prioritized changes that are desired to be made. We can help turn chaos into order, taking loosely-defined and competing interests and assemble them into a coherent and well-organized product roadmap. Through a fun, interactive process, we have developed a methodology for eliciting feedback from all involved parties, organizing the comments into a systematic hierarchy. The resultant output is an actionable roadmap, organized into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
Once formally engaged to manage the program, iTrellis strives to manage the underlying group of related projects in a coordinated manner to better obtain the benefits not available from managing them individually. We apply the needed knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to satisfy the overarching requirements of the program. Incorporating the People, Process, and Technology into the overall program ultimately results in achieving far greater success for the related goals and objectives.
Our Technical Program Managers work collaboratively with the Business Owners/Executives (championing the program), Product Owners (deciding on features), Business Analysts (determining and validating key requirements), and Developers (coding the desired functionality).
We prefer to follow the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology in conducting our overall program management, ensuring that through continuous software delivery, the proper handoffs and work transitions are occurring in a timely manner and that the overall release train stays on track and schedule with quality software being delivered within a well-defined timeline. We conduct the proper sprint pre-planning, planning/estimation, and retrospectives to ensure that the team as a whole is involved throughout the process, so they experience the buy-in and commitment. If needed, tweaks and modifications can be made but again, ensuring that the entire team is in complete agreement.
iTrellis offers Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) consulting and training for your organization. By leveraging best practices, we can tailor and customize a curriculum that is applicable and relevant to how your organization operates. We can incorporate our suggested approaches to complement your existing infrastructure while emphasizing effective tooling to make the overall process more efficient. We can streamline your development methodology and overall project execution approach by facilitating best practices facilitated by the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
With our toolset, we ensure that overall program’s progress is tracked and disseminated via dashboards, data analytics and business insights. Sprint velocity, burn-up, and burn-down reports are easily accessible and displayed via dashboards to ensure that your company’s key performance indicators and measurements are on target for being met. The iTrellis Program Management ensures that your program will be successful, and we have the track record to prove that such results will be obtained.
