iTrellis has been instrumental in helping Mercedes Benz North America Research & Development (MBRDNA) on various projects relating to car connectivity around the world and for providing architectural enhancements for cloud-based projects along with infrastructural support for developmental tools, e.g., portals/interfaces and streamlined deployment of repositories, pipelines and containers. Through a combination of Solutions Architects, Developers and Technical Program Managers, iTrellis has had a very formidable presence at MBRDNA in Seattle for the past year and looks forward to continuing to lend its consultative support for future project work there.

WolfPk WolfTracs presented us with an opportunity to build software and API endpoints so that their solution was easily accessible with key service providers in their industry.  We helped them revamp very labor-intensive and manual workflows into clear value streams, and then we automated their processes through software, and enabled automated data exchange between parties through Azure services, thereby improving security, reducing costs, and enhancing the overall experience for their customers. 

Initially, we helped Crestron add new features to their website, and added a robust data geo-replication framework through Azure framework.  Then we helped them to optimize global performance, in terms of data replication times and website responsiveness.  We did this through integration of the various components of their network infrastructure using Azure Content Delivery Network, Blob Storage and Elasticsearch.   

We have helped with the system integration of new ServiceNow components, as well as custom software development. 

iTrellis has supported the IT leadership team adopt the Scaled Agile Framework.  We are using Azure DevOps and other cloud services to improve team member and business sponsor communications and planing.  The IT leadership team has been successfully leveraging these new processes and accelerating team adoption with the outbreak of COVID-19, and forced distributed development.   

iTrellis has supported many teams at Savers over a six year period, and we have remained a partner in good standing with them over that time, across multiple engagements.  We have supported key initiatives in program management, software engineering, business intelligence, and IT operations. 

Over time, we have also provided training and consulting with respect to their adoption of Scaled Agile principles, and helped to model their organization and team structure in Azure DevOps. 

 

iTrellis developed custom software for their agent workforce in the crop insurance industry.  

Of particular note on this engagement, iTrellis created two software packages hosted on a private NuGet feed that could easily be plugged into their desktop applications – one for logging and one for telemetry. These packages leverage Application Insights in the Microsoft Azure cloud, addressing the issue of accessing the logs from the agents’ machines, while at the same time, converting them into a format which could be easily accessible by the development team.
